4 sliced Artisan breads
110 g of Goat cheese or ricotta
Pickled carrot sticks
120 ml of Basil oil
Kosher salt
4 tablespoons of Olive oil
Maldon sea salt flakes

    The Bruschetta is an Italian concept that is made by topping grilled bread with different sauces and other food elements.
    Grilled zucchini, soft, fresh cheese, and pickled carrots make one of the best combinations that you can use to make a sweet-savory tartine. This is because the sweet side of zucchini becomes more eminent when it is cooked.

    Place the zucchini in a shallow bowl, add kosher salt and basil oil, and mix well.

    Let it rest at least for 30 minutes at room temperature before you cook it.

    Hit your grill to medium fire.

    Grill the zucchini until brownish or until grill marks show up, approximately 3 minutes on each side.

    Brush bread slices with olive oil on both sides, and grill each side for 2 minutes.
