- 2 lbs Sirloin steak
- 8 oz Water
- 4 oz Soy sauce
- 1 Small minced Onion
- 2 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tablespoons Balsamic vinegar

Place the steak either into a glass dish or a sealable bag.
Now combine the rest of the ingredients above in a bowl and whisk thoroughly.
Once you have combined all the ingredients above together, pour the mixture on the steak and leave to marinate for between 1 and 12 hours.
When you are ready to cook the steak, you should get your barbecue heated up and cook it over medium to high heat.
Remove the steak from the marinade and place it on the grill, cooking it on each side for between 5 and 7 minutes if you like it medium.
Once it is fully cooked, serve with a salad on the side
