Directions
Stuffed Grape leaves are popular in Mediterranean and Middle East countries. However, it is not very clear if stuffed grape leaves are initially from Greece or Turkey. While both countries keep debating about the origin of this dish, you can easily enjoy it. It is effortless to prepare, and it’s delicious too.

Steps
1 Done | Start with mixing olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, black pepper, and oregano in a small bowl. |
2 Done | You should brush sausages with the oil mixture (just 2 tablespoons) and then roll each sausage using 2 grape leaves. Don’t forget to secure ends with wooden toothpicks. |
3 Done | Place the grill screen on the grill and paint it with oil; wait from 1 to 2 minutes until the surface becomes hot. Start grilling sausages until leaves are charred (on all sides), and the sausages should feel firm when you touch them; the process is about 8 minutes, you should turn them a quarter turn every 2 minutes. |
4 Done | You can finally serve drizzled with the remaining mixture of olive oil. |
