Ingredients
- 3 skinless Boneless chicken breast halves
- Mango pulp
- 300 g of frozen Mango pulp
- 1 cup of BBQ sauce
- 2 teaspoons of All-purpose seasoning with pepper
- 1 teaspoon of ground Cumin
- 2 Tbsp of Chili powder
- Black pepper

The grilled mango chicken is a perfect dish for summer gatherings since it is a light and juicy meal that keeps full and satisfied.

Steps
1 Done | Combine the mango pulp, BBQ sauce, half teaspoon of all-purpose seasoning, 1 teaspoon of chili powder, half teaspoon of ground cumin, and black pepper. |
2 Done | Place in a saucepan and cook over high-medium heat while stirring every now and then until it starts bubbling. Now, let it bubble for another 10 minutes over low heat. |
3 Done | Let it cool then, remove 1 cup and save it for dressing. |
4 Done | Now, combine 1 teaspoon of cumin, 1 and a half teaspoon of all-purpose seasoning, 2 Tbsp of chili powder, and black pepper. |
5 Done | Season your chicken breasts with the prepared mixture. |
6 Done | Grill the chicken on greased preheated grill over medium-high heat for 4 minutes on each side. Cover the tops with the mango sauce and let cook for another 4 minutes while turning the chicken very often until it’s well cooked. |
7 Done | Move the chicken to a plate and pour the reserved mango sauce over it. |
