- 8 Chicken drumsticks
- 2 Tablespoon Soy sauce
- 1 Tablespoon Honey
- 1 Tablespoon Olive oil
- 1 Tablespoon Tomato puree
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon Mustard
The combination may seem weird at first, but this is the perfect recipe that both adults and kids will enjoy. The sweetness of the honey, the sourness of the mustard, and the saltiness of the soy sauce make this marinade memorable and gives the chicken a new taste that makes them finger-licking good!

Make 3 slashes into each chicken drumstick to help the meat absorb the marinade you are about to make.
Place the drumsticks into a shallow dish.
Combine the soy sauce, honey, olive oil, mustard, and tomato puree into a bowl and whisk together thoroughly.
Once all these ingredients have been combined, pour some over the drumsticks before turning them over and pouring the rest.
Place the marinated drumsticks in the refrigerator for the night.
While the barbecue is heating up, remove the drumsticks from the refrigerator and allow them to come up to room temperature.
Brush the chicken with oil to prevent it from sticking to the grill
When the barbecue is heated up, place the drumsticks on the grill.
Cook the chicken for around 35 minutes while turning them over regularly to prevent the exterior from becoming burnt and also to ensure that they cook right through.
Once they are cooked, place them on a clean plate and serve.
