Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 pound skinless, boneless Chicken breast halves
2 tablespoons Avocado oil
2 tablespoons White wine vinegar
2 teaspoons Garlic and herb seasoning blend (such as Mrs. Dash®)
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup fresh stemmed Strawberries Dressing:
3 tablespoons White wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Avocado oil
1 teaspoon Honey
1/2 teaspoon Dijon Mustard
1/2 teaspoon Poppy seeds
1/4 teaspoon Salt
8 cups Arugula Salad:
1 cup diced Mango
1 cup sliced fresh Strawberries
1 large Avocado pitted and sliced
1/2 cup Red onion thinly sliced
1/4 cup Pine nuts
1/4 cup crumbled Feta cheese

    The arugula and strawberry salad is perfect for a light summer dinner, as it has a light yet exciting flavor.

    Crush the chicken breasts with a meat mallet and place them in a resealable plastic bag.

    2. Whisk the vinegar, oil, spices, garlic, and herbs in a bowl, then marinate the chicken with it and put it in the fridge for at least two hours.

    Mix the vinegar, strawberries, honey, mustard, poppy seeds, and salt in a blender, blend quickly until smooth for 15 to 20 seconds, then put it in the fridge until it is ready to use.

    Heat the grill to medium to high heat and put a little oil on it.

    Remove the marinade from the chicken and grill.

    Close the lid and reduce the temperature to medium; grill the chicken until it fades.

    Pink color and leave the juices clear for 10 to 12 minutes, and continue to stir, then transfer to a plate and cool for 10 minutes, then cut the chicken into diagonal slices.

    Put the watercress in a large dish. Topped with chicken slices, mango, strawberry, avocado, red onion, pine nuts, and feta cheese. Then sprinkle the sauce on it and serve.
