1 pound Beef steak
2 teaspoons mixed Mixed herbs thyme, oregano …
1 teaspoon Pepper
1/2 teaspoon Salt
1 tablespoon Canola oil
1 sliced Zucchini
1 sliced Onion
20 halved Cherry tomatoes
1/2 cup Feta cheese
1 mug White rice
1 pinch of Saffron
1/2 Lemon

    Steak with Ratatouille and saffron rice makes one of the best meals you may ever taste; an exquisite combination of limey and beefy flavors.

    This meal is healthy, delicious, and straightforward; you will not need to add anything to it, no extra sauces, no marinades, just a few steps, simple ingredients, and your dinner will taste spectacular.

    Into a small pan, put together rice, 2 mugs of boiling water, half lemon, saffron and a pinch of sea salt, cover and cook until fluffy, with stirring occasionally.

    Meanwhile, season your steak with pepper, salt and 1 teaspoon of mixed greens.

    Add to skillet coated with heated canola oil and cook until done.

    Separate from the skillet and keep it aside.

    Add remaining mixed herbs, onions as well as zuccini and cook for about 2 more minutes, spoon constantly.

    Add tomatoes and cook for further 2-3 minutes.

    Separate it from the heat and spoon in feta cheese.

    Add this as topping onto your steak and serve with saffron rice.
