- 8 oz Beef
- 1 tablespoon Salt
- 1 tablespoon Pepper
- 1 tablespoon Garlic powder
- 1 stick Butter
- 4 thinly diced Garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon fresh Lemon juice

This is a quick recipe perfect for all occasions with very simple ingredients. It combines a refreshing and healthy sauce with a nice steak cut.
This recipe’s main ingredient is butter, so it’s highly recommended to choose good quality butter for best results

Steps
1 Done | Set grill to high heat |
2 Done | Flavor both sides of the steak with garlic powder, pepper and salt equally. |
3 Done | Put it onto grill and cook for 6-8 minutes |
4 Done | Flip it over and let cook for 4-6 minutes |
5 Done | Meanwhile, add the garlic to skillet coated with melted butter and keep cooking until flavor blends |
6 Done | Remove it from heat and let it cool for a while |
7 Done | Finely chop and serve it with drizzled garlic butter topping. |
