1 pound lean boneless beef Top Sirloin Steak
2 tablespoons snipped fresh Oregano
1 tablespoon Chili powder
2 teaspoons Garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
1 tablespoon Olive oil or vegetable oil
12 8-inch corn or flour Tortillas
2 chopped Tomato
1 small Onion chopped
6 Radishes with tops
1/2 cup snipped fresh Cilantro
10 ounces Queso fresco cheese crumbled

    It’s a quick recipe using a simple marinade for your sirloin steak, and minutes later, you will be enjoying a flavorful and meaty taco. Taco Tuesday will be your favorite day of the week.

    Trim fat from steak.

    Mix oregano, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, cayenne pepper, and oil.

    Rub mixture on both sides of steak.

    Place steak in a large resealable plastic bag set in a shallow bowl and let it marinate in the refrigerator for 2 to 4 hours.

    Put steaks on the grill rack directly over medium heat. Cover and grill for 14 to 18 minutes for medium rare (145°F) or 18 to 22 minutes for medium (160°F)

    Wrap tortillas in foil and place them on the grill for 10 minutes

    Coarsely chop steak.

    Serve in warm tortillas with tomatoes, onion, radishes, cilantro, and cheese.
