1 pound Sirloin steak
1/2 large Red onion chopped in half
12 Bamboo skewers or metal skewers
1/2 Orange bell pepper
1/2 Red bell pepper
1/2 Yellow bell pepper or green bell pepper
10-20 small Button top mushroom
1 Zucchini chopped in coins
1 cup Italian salad dressing
1 package Marinade mix + vinegar/oil/water

    Grilled steak kebobs are so delicious! They are made with Sirloin steak cubes layered with refreshing veggies.

    What Steak Should I Use for Kabobs? Top sirloin is great for kabobs. It is lean and doesn’t have a lot of excess fat, making it easy to cut into cubes.

    You can include extra veggies, fruits on the skewers (pineapple, cherry tomatoes, parboiled potatoes, mushrooms, squash).

    Furthermore, you can make these delicious kebobs with chicken or any other steak cut you want.

    For the best result, make sure to cut the steak cubes in the same size to cook evenly and look great.

    Also, try to give your steak enough time to marinate; 6 to 12 hours will be enough to allow flavors to soak right into the meat and help to tenderize it.

    When it comes to making skewers, always let a little space between veggies and bites of steak; this will help the heat to circulate and cook everything evenly.

    Finally, you can complete your plate with rice or soup. Enjoy!

    Rinse all veggies and slice them in bite size pieces

    Arrange cubed veggies in a zip bag, put italian salad dressing and keep it in the refrigerator (overnight if possible )

    Prepare the marinade mix following the instructions on the package.

    Slice steak in sized cubes, and arrange it in another plastic bag, put marinade into the bag and keep it marinaded in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours.

    Soak skewers for about 20 minutes in water.

    Arrange steak bites alongside veggies in skewers

    Grill for about 15 minutes (400°F-450°F) and turn it every 3, let it cook for medium or until desired doneness level achieved.

    Remove from grill, let it cool for a while and serve
