2, 8-ounce Hanger Steak trimmed
Kosher salt
freshly Ground black pepper
1 tablespoon Vegetable oil
4 large Eggs
Grilled Fingerling Potatoes
6 tablespoons melted Garlic Butter
Coarse sea salt

    Who would say no to such a popular delicious dish? Steaks and eggs are the best combos for a satisfying breakfast and dinner. It’s an easy weekend dish. The steaks are juicy and topped with eggs and garlic butter; both ingredients serve to build up a flawless flavor. Steaks and eggs are stacked with protein; it’s a very healthy dish as well. You can make this delicious dish in less than 20 minutes.

    Heat your grill on a hot single-level fire

    Brush the grill grate.

    Be generous when you season the steaks with kosher salt and pepper.

    Start grilling the steaks, frequently turn. The process takes about 8 minutes for medium-rare and 10 minutes for medium. Remove to a cutting board and set aside for 5 minutes, and then halve each steak.

    In the meantime, heat the oil in a non-stick skillet over the grill.

    Fry the eggs on the pan till the whites are set, but the yolks are still runny (that’s about 4 minutes).

    Sprinkle with kosher salt and pepper.

    Arrange the steaks and potatoes on the plates and sprinkle a bit of coarse salt. Each steak should be topped with a fried egg.
