    Are baked eggs healthy?

Baked eggs are a very healthy option as they contain many nutrients and a minimum of processed foods. Remember, do not overbake them or bake them at high temperatures so that they retain a maximum of nutrients. Also, the cooking temperature should not exceed 320°.

How to obtain different levels of doneness with baked eggs?

    • To get runny and soft yolk, you need to bake for 12 minutes.
    • For medium-done yolks, eggs need to be baked for 14 minutes.
    • If you like hard well-cooked yolk, bake the eggs for 18 minutes.

How can I elevate the presentation of baked eggs?

To make eggs more aesthetic, you can bake them in ramekins or tiny pancake tins. They will make the eggs very organized and neat-looking.

What can you fill baked eggs with?

There are almost no restrictions when it comes to egg fillings. You can add whatever you crave. Some great ideas can be mushrooms, greens, bell peppers, or broccoli. They can add extra nutrients and flavors to the eggs. Also, you can add any grated cheese to make them more filling and satisfying. The cheese will keep you full for a longer time. Deli meats can be a great option to add a portion of protein. You can add ham, turkey, or bacon. In the end, adding fresh herbs will add a fresh taste to baked eggs.
