In a mixing bowl, combine garlic, salt, and yogurt, salt, then set aside.
Preheat the oven to 310 degrees.
In a 10-inch cast-iron skillet, melt half of the butter, then add onion and leek on low heat.
Let them cook for 10 minutes.
Set heat to medium, then add lemon juice and spinach and cook for 6 minutes.
Place the spinach mix in a small dry 10-inch dry skillet.
Form four indentations in the spinach, then crack an egg in each indentation.
Bake the eggs for 14 minutes.
In a pan, melt 1tbs of butter with chili for 2 minutes.
Add oregano and let cook for 30 seconds.
Drizzle yogurt between eggs before serving.
