2 pounds Ground buffalo
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon Chile Spice Blend for Burgers
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil olive oil
1 small Onion cut into 1⁄2- inch- thick rounds
or Swiss cheese Shredded cheddar
6 Hamburger buns
Mayonnaise
Sliced Pickles
Red-leaf lettuce
slices Tomato

Spicy buffalo burgers

    These spicy buffalo burgers are easy to make and loaded with tons of flavor. These juicy beef burgers are topped with bacon, Chile spice blend, and any cheese of your likings. You can wrap the burgers with lettuce for a healthier version, or you can serve them over a big salad.

    Cover a baking sheet with aluminum foil or waxed paper, and set it aside.

    Place the meat in a large mixing bowl, add the Worcestershire and the Chile Spice Blend and mix thoroughly with your hands until all the ingredients are well incorporated.

    Form the meat into 6 equal patties, then place them on the prepared baking sheet.

    Preheat a grill to medium-high and lightly oil the grate with some olive oil

    Brush the onion slices with the remaining oil and grill them for 6 to 8 minutes while turning them occasionally until they are lightly caramelized.

    Remove them from the heat and set them aside until the burgers are ready to be served.

    Now place the buffalo patties on the grill and cook for 6 to 8 minutes

    Turn the burgers over, place the cheese and top the patties with the bun top.

    Cook on the second side for 2 to 3 minutes.

    Place the bun bottoms cut side down on the grill to toast.

    Arrange the bun bottoms on a large platter and top with the desired condiments.

    Slide the patties and the bun tops onto the bun bottoms.
