Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1 cup slow-smoked Pi$ulled pork
1.5 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese
1/4 cup chopped Green onion
2 tablespoons chopped fresh Rosemary leaves
3 tablespoons Ranch dressing
3 tablespoons of your favorite Barbecue sauce
10 flour Tortillas
2 tablespoons Bonedust seasoning

    Let’s take the appetizer game to the next level with this smoked barbecue pork quesadillas.

    This recipe is a combination of two of everybody’s favorites: pulled pork sandwich and quesadilla.

    The great flavor of the smoked pulled pork with the sweetness of barbecue sauce in a cheesy tortilla is a match made in heaven! Try it once, and you will convert for sure.

    This appetizer will be your guests’ favorite after they try it!

    Preheat a lightly oiled grill to 350 degrees F

    In a large bowl, mix the smoked pulled pork, mozzarella, onions, chopped rosemary, ranch dressing, barbecue sauce, and Bonedust seasoning

    Put ¼ cup of the mixture on the right side of each tortilla. Make sure to leave some space around the edges.

    Fold the tortillas in half and press them well before lightly oiling them with some vegetable oil or some nonstick cooking spray and add some more Bonedust seasoning on the outside.

    Grill the quesadillas for 3 to 4 minutes per side.

    Let the quesadillas cool for a minute then cut them.

    Serve the quesadillas with some more barbecue sauce.
