Steps
1 Done | Cut the steak in half and arrange flat in a shallow pan. |
2 Done | Mix the curry powder and oil together until you get a homogene paste and brush this mixture on all sides of the meat, coating well. |
3 Done | Put the seasoned steak in a plastic wrap and set aside to marinate at room temperature for 1 hour. |
4 Done | Combine the yogurt with the cucumber, scallions, cilantro, white pepper, ½ teaspoon salt, and cayenne and stir to mix the ingredients thoroughly. |
5 Done | Prepare coals for grilling your steak |
6 Done | Grill or broil the meat until you get a seared and nicely browned texture on one side, about 3 minutes. Turn and cook for 3 minutes more |
7 Done | Once the meat is cooked, transfer it to a cutting board and cut it into thin slices |
