Ingredients
- 2 whole boneless and skinless Chicken breastsFor The Chicken :
- 3 tablespoons Honey
- 4 tablespoons Oil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground Coriander
- 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne pepper
- 4 tablespoons squeezed Lemon juiceor lime juice
- 2 tablespoons Soy sauce
- Freshly Ground black pepper
- 2 cups Coconut milkFor The Peanut Sauce :
- 1 teaspoon Red pepper flakes
- 1/2 teaspoon Caraway seeds
- 1/2 teaspoon ground Ginger
- 1/2 teaspoon ground Coriander
- 4 Garlic clovescrushed
- 1/4 teaspoon Salt
- 1/4 cup Peanut butter
- 1/4 cup Peanutschopped finely, for garnish
Directions

Steps
1 Done | In a big bowl, whisk together the honey, oil, coriander, cayenne, lemon juice, and soy sauce. |
2 Done | Slice the chicken into about 24 parts and let them sit in the marinade for 30 minutes. |
3 Done | Meanwhile, prepare the peanut sauce and preheat the grill. |
4 Done | Peanut sauce:In a small saucepan, put the coconut milk, red pepper flakes, caraway, ginger, coriander, garlic, and salt and place them over the cooker until they boil. |
5 Done | Once they do, take the saucepan off the heat and let it chill for 15 minutes. |
6 Done | Add the peanut butter into the coconut milk mixture and put back over the heat, and let simmer until the sauce thickens, over medium-low heat. |
7 Done | Transfer into a serving bowl and keep it aside. |
8 Done | Grilling:Soak 6 to 10 wooden skewers (this depends on how full you want your skewers to be) for 30 minutes. |
9 Done | Prepare your grill for direct cooking and set it on high heat. |
10 Done | Put the chicken onto the skewers and sprinkle with black pepper and some salt (if wanted) |
11 Done | Place the skewers over the grill and cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side. |
12 Done | Serve with the peanut sauce as a dip |
