A grilled fish with an acidic and salty sauce is the ultimate summer treat. The skate recipe we suggest for you today is an amazing example.

Skate wing has a distinct mild, sweet taste and a succulent flavor, and it goes very well with our Mediterranean-inspired Balsamic sauce.

A side of grilled vegetables goes very well with this dish!
