- 1 pound Sirloin steak
- 2 tablespoons sliced Onion
- 2 minced Garlic cloves
- 1/4 cup Ketchup
- 1 teaspoon Brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon Canola oil
- 2 teaspoons Soy sauce
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
What would be more beautiful than making your steak sauce at home! You get something fresh and healthy.
This homemade steak sauce adds so much flavor to the meat and makes it so much tasteful. Even better, it goes with any steak cut, chicken as well!
Try to keep the steak marinated as long as possible; it helps to tenderize your cut and allow the marinade to soak well into the meat; the longer your steak gets marinated, the more flavor it gets!

In a bowl, whisk together all ingredients except steak
Transfer the mixture in a zip bag alongside the steak, and shake until coated well with mixture
Keep it in the refrigerator for at least 6 hours, or overnight if possible
Prepare the grill to medium heat
Grill the steak until medium rare or your desired doneness level
Let t cool for 5 minutes and serve
