2 zested and juiced Lemon
2 zested and juiced Lime
1 teaspoon ground Coriander
1/2 teaspoon dried Red pepper flakes
2 tablespoons Olive oil
1/4 cup Wildflower honey
6 skinless Boneless chicken breast halves pounded to about 3/4- inch thickness

    This is a Southern California version of grilled chicken, marinated in lime, lemon, and oranges, giving you the perfect citrus flavor. You can serve these chicken wings with salad, pasta, or tortilla sandwiches, which is ideal for a family dinner or a game night.

    Stir together honey, olive oil, red pepper flakes, coriander, lime juice, lime zest, lemon juice, lemon zest, orange juice and orange zest I a shallow bowl.

    Discard about a quarter cup of the mixture.

    Put aside for another use.

    Put chicken breasts into the remaining marinade and coat both sides by turning.

    Wrap the chicken breasts in a plastic wrap.

    Refrigerate the marinated chicken for 1-4 hours and tur it occasionally.

    Preheat an outdoor grill on high heat and oil grate lightly.

    Take out chicken breasts from marinade.

    Remove marinade.

    Bast with reserved sauce frequently.

    Cook chicken for 5 mins on each side or until juices run clear and the middle is no longer pink on the inside.

    Note that the instant-read thermometer should register at least 165°F when inserted into the middle.
