- 2 teaspoons Creole Seasoning

- 3/4 cup diced Pineapple
- 3/4 cup diced Mango
- 1/2 cup diced Strawberries
- 1/4 cup diced Red onion
- 1 Jalapeñosstemmed, seeded, and finely chopped
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh Mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed Orange juice
- 1 tablespoon of freshly juiced Lime juice

Steps
1 Done | Combine all of the fruits in a medium nonreactive bowl and stir to blend for 10 to 15 minutes. |
2 Done | Cover the bowl with plastic wrap, and set it aside until the flavors have married. |
3 Done | Preheat a grill to medium heat. |
4 Done | Brush both sides of the salmon with olive oil and season with creole seasoning, salt, and pepper. |
5 Done | Place the fish on the grill skin side down and cook for about 3 minutes. Then, rotate the fish 45 degrees and cook for an additional 3 minutes. |
