3 minced Garlic cloves
2 tablespoons freshly squeezed Lemon juice
2 tablespoons dried Oregano
1 tablespoon dried Rosemary
1/2 teaspoon Black pepper
1/2 cup Roasted garlic
1/4 cup Dried parsley flakes

    This delicious roasted leg of lamb will delight your cozy family dinner, all you have to do is not to overcook the lamb, and you will be fine! Follow these easy steps for a succulent dish.

    Take off any netting, large pieces of gristle, silver skin, and fat from the lamb leg.

    Mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, pepper, oregano, parsley and rosemary in a separate bowl.

    Apply the spice rub all over the surfaces of the lamb.

    Secure the lamb using silicone, and make sure to retain its shape.

    Loosely wrap the lamb leg with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for an overnight in order for the seasoning to penetrate the meat.

    Take out of the fridge and let it adapt to the room’s temperature

    Preheat your pellet to 400°F and take the lamb out of the plastic wrap.

    If possible, place a meat probe into the thickest part of the lamb.

    Roast at 400°F, until the temperature of the thickest parts reaches your desired point.
