- 2 pounds Flank Steak
- 2 cups Barbecue sauce
- 1/2 Lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons Mustard
- 1 teaspoon Celery seed
- 1 teaspoon Hot sauce
- 3 minced Garlic cloves
- Cooking spray

Flank steak is a relatively tough cut of meat due to its leanness and can use a great marinade. This marinade is made of BBQ sauce, lemon juice, mustard, celery seeds, hot sauce, and garlic. Simple yet packed with flavors. Easy and hustle-free.

Steps
1 Done | Prepare the broiler |
2 Done | In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, sauce, celery seeds, hot sauce, minced garlic, and mustard |
3 Done | Add steak to the bowl and toss to coat |
4 Done | Separate steak from the sauce when coated and reserve the sauce mixture for later use. |
5 Done | Put steak onto broiler coated with cooking spray and broil for about 12 minutes or until the desired doneness is achieved |
6 Done | Flip over after 5 minutes |
7 Done | Chop diagonally in fine slices |
8 Done | Meanwhile, add the sauce mixture to the skillet and boil on high heat. |
9 Done | Lower the heat and cook for further 5 minutes before you serve alongside steak. |
10 Done | Serve it with baked potatoes or rice and steamed veggies. |
