Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
1.5 pound Pork tenderloin cut into thin pieces
1/3 cup Hoisin sauce
6 Flatbreads or tortillas
1 teaspoons Wasabi paste
2 tablespoons Water
2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon White wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon White sugar
1/4 chopped head of Cabbage
2 shredded Carrot
1/2 thinly cut English cucumber

Pork tacos with wasabi sauce

    Place the tenderloins on skewers and brush them with some hoisin sauce.

    Then on a charcoal or gas grill, put the kabobs on the rack directly over medium heat.

    Cover the grill and let them cook for 12 to 14 minutes, only turning them once mid grilling.

    During the last 2 to 3 minutes, add flatbreads and turn them if needed; so that they get burned.

    At the same time, considering the wasabi sauce, mix it together with some water, oil, vinegar, and sugar.

    Serve pork and vegetables in warm flatbreads and drizzle with wasabi sauce; according to preference, for it is pretty strong
