Ingredients
- 3 lbs boneless beef Chuck Roast
- Salt
- freshly Ground black pepper
- 5 tsp Ranch dressing
- 5 tsp Au jus Gravy
- 1 cups Water
Directions
Pepperonici beef roast is the roast version of the Mississippi roast. It is the quickest and easiest way to prepare a beef roast in under 30 minutes. You will be obsessed with its garlicky, spicy flavor, and smooth texture of the beef roast.

Steps
1 Done | Season the roast with salt and pepper. |
2 Done | Place the roast in the inner pot and arrange peppers on top. |
3 Done | In a medium bowl, whisk together ranch dressing, gravy mix, and water, then pour the mixture on the roast. |
4 Done | Close the lid then lock it. Then turn the steam release handle to Sealing. |
5 Done | Set your Instant Pot to Pressure Cook on High for 45 minutes. |
6 Done | When the cooking time is done, press Cancel and let stand, covered, for 10 minutes. |
7 Done | Turn the steam release handle to Venting. |
8 Done | When the float valve drops down, remove the lid. The roast should be fork-tender. |
9 Done | Using a slotted spoon, remove peppers from the pot and set them aside. |
10 Done | Using tongs, transfer the roast to a cutting board, cover with foil and let stand for 5 minutes. |
11 Done | Slice roast across the grain and transfer slices to a serving platter. |
12 Done | Skim off fat from cooking liquid and drizzle roast with some of the liquid. |
13 Done | Arrange peppers around the roast. |
14 Done | Unless using no-salt-added broth, do not season roast with salt. |
