2 tablespoons Soy sauce
2 teaspoons chopped Garlic
1 teaspoon grated fresh Ginger
1 juiced Lime
1/2 pounds Jumbo chicken wings tips removed

    This is an easy recipe for you to try and add a twist to your regular chicken wings by opting for the unique Asian chile paste.

    Note that the more you let your wings marinate, the better they will taste.

    You can serve these crispy chicken wings along with a big bowl of salad for dinner night, and it can also be a great option to serve at a party.

    If so, make sure to have nearby napkins so your guests can mop all that sticky but delicious sauce.

    In a bowl, whisk lime juice, ginger, garlic, soy sauce, fish sauce, and chile paste.

    Put the mixture into a plastic resealable bag.

    Put the chicken wings in and let them soak in the marinade.

    Squeeze excess air out and make sure to seal the bag.

    Let the chicken marinate in the fridge and turn the bag a few times. For better results, let it marinate for 3 hours or overnight.

    Preheat the grill to medium-high heat and oil the grate slightly.

    Take out the chicken wings of the marinade and get rid of unused the leftover.

    On a preheated grill, grill the chicken for 12-14 minutes until juices are clear and the pink color is gone near the bone.

    When the chicken wings are ready, serve with sauce.
