Ingredients
- 2 Swordfish steaks
- 1 Orange zestZest of 1 orange
- 2 teaspoons fresh Gingerpeeled and finely chopped
- 2 Spring onionfinely chopped
- 3 tablespoons light Soy sauce
- 3 tablespoons Olive oil
Directions
Swordfish is a firm, juicy and meaty fish whose texture can be compared to that of tuna. Swordfish is a delicious fish all by itself, but a simple marinade can make it even better. To make this marinade, we are going to need orange zest, ginger, onion, soy sauce, and olive oil. That’s it, quick and straightforward.

Steps
1 Done | Combine the spring onions, soy sauce, olive oil, ginger and orange zest in a bowl |
2 Done | Pour the mixture over the swordfish steaks. |
3 Done | Cover, chill and marinate the fish for at least 30 minutes, preferably 2 hours. |
4 Done | Cook the steaks over hot coals, directly on the grill, for 3-4 minutes for each side. |
