Steps
Done | Place the steaks in a resealable plastic bag and drizzle the wine over them. Seal the bag perfectly and refrigerate for 2 to 3 hours. Remember to turn the steaks occasionally. |
Done | Stir together the butter and Stilton until creamy in a small bowl. |
Done | Add in the walnuts and use a rubber spatula to transfer the butter to a piece of waxed paper. Wrap the paper around it, forming a log. Refrigerate for 2 hours. |
Done | Preheat a grill to high heat and oil the grate well. |
Done | Remove the steaks from the marinade and then pat the steaks dry. |
Done | Season the steaks on both sides with salt and pepper. Then, place the steaks on the hot grill and cook each side for 4 to 5 minutes for medium-rare or to the desired degree of doneness. |
Done | Remove the steaks from the grill, let them rest for 5 minutes before serving, and top them with walnut peanut butter on a platter. |
Done | TADAH! Your delicious strips are ready to be served. |
