1.5 cups leftover Mashed Potatoes
1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
1/4 cup chopped Green onion
1/4 lb cooked and diced Bacon
10 flour Tortillas
2 tablespoons Bonedust seasoning
1/2 cup Sour cream

    Toasted tortilla with hot melted cheese and your favorite fillings. Yes, we are talking about the one and only quesadilla!

    Quesadilla is undoubtedly one of the easiest to make and tastiest comfort food out there. You can fill it with your favorite vegetables and proteins. If you are a cheese lover, you can, with no doubt, add a much as you want, no judgment!

    The recipe we chose today is easy, quick, and a great way to use any leftover mashed potatoes you have.

    Prepare a simple salad or a bowl of guacamole with them, and you’ll get a great dinner in no time

    Preheat a lightly oiled grill to 350 degrees F

    In a large bowl, mix the leftover potatoes, bacon, cheese, green onion, and Bonedust seasoning.

    Take out your tortillas and put ¼ cup of the mixture on each one. Make sure to leave some space around the edges.

    Fold the tortillas in half and press them well before lightly oiling them with some vegetable oil or some spray oil and add some more Bonedust seasoning on the outside.

    Grill the quesadillas for 3 to 4 minutes per side.

    Let the quesadillas cool for a minute then cut them.

    Serve the quesadillas with sour cream or with your favorite dipping sauce.
