    Sometimes all you need to bring out the excellent taste of steak is a simple marinade that will bring out the meatiness and the flavor of a fantastic cut.

    For this recipe, you will need a few ingredients to make such a classy and tasty round-eye steak dish.

    In a bowl, combine the lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, coriander, salt, and pepper.

    Trim off any fat visible from the steaks and place them in a plastic bag that you can reseal.

    Pour the marinade into the bag, seal it and leave it in the refrigerator for 30 minutes.

    Heat up the grill, ready for cooking, and once the 30 minutes has passed, remove the steaks from the bag and place them on the grill.

    Cook each side of the steak for 4 to 5 minutes before serving them.
