Adjust Servings:
1 kg of Boneless leg of lamb
8 Tbsp of Balsamic vinegar
8 Tbsp of Olive oil
4 Tbsp of minced Mint leaves
2 Tbsp of Brown sugar
2 crushed Garlic cloves
1 juiced and zested Lemon

Marinated Grilled Lamb

    This grilled lamb is flavorsome. The warmth of the garlic, the coolness of the mint, the sweetness of balsamic vinegar, and the caramel-like taste of the brown sugar result in a special marinade and give a unique texture to your lamb.

    Combine the olive oil, balsamic vinegar, the juice and zest of the lemon, and brown sugar until homogeneous.

    Add the garlic and mint to the mixture and mix well.

    Put half of the quantity in a bowl and leave aside for the dressing.

    Soak the lamb portions in the seasoning sauce for a while.

    Place them of a plate and cover it with a plastic wrap.

    Let it rest in the fridge for one night.

    Grill the meat on both sides for 15 minutes until browned. Cover the grill and let cook for another 10 minutes.

    Once done, let cool for at least 5 minutes; then, pour the rest of the seasoning sauce over it and serve.
