Ingredients
- 1/2 cup Buttermelted
- 3 Garlic clovesminced
- 1 tablespoon of fresh Lime juice
- 1 tablespoon of Orange juice
- 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh Cilantrobasil, or flat-leaf parsley
- 3/4 teaspoon of Kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon of Ground black pepper
- 4 Rock lobster tails8 to 10 ounces each, (thawed if frozen)
- 1/4 tablespoon of Olive oil
- 1/4 tablespoon of Kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon of Ground black pepper
- 4 Lemon wedges
- Oilfor the grill grate
Directions
This recipe is what you are missing from your to-eat list. It is so simple to prepare this dish; the garlic-citrus butter can be done quickly. This butter adds an excellent flavor to the dish. Lobster Tails with Garlic- Citrus butter can be prepared in less than 20 minutes.

Steps
1 Done | Start with mixing butter, garlic, lime juice, orange juice, cilantro, ¼ teaspoon pepper, and ¾ teaspoon salt, |
2 Done | Heat your grill. Spread open the lobster tails. Brush the meat with olive oil and then sprinkle ¼ teaspoon of pepper and ¼ teaspoon of salt. |
3 Done | Oil the grill grate after brushing it. Put the lobster tails, meat-side down, on the grill. Cook them till they are grill-marked (the process takes from 3 to 4 minutes). You can press tails onto the grill using a spatula or tongs. You should flip it while grilling until the meat becomes firm and white. Paint it with Garlic Citrus Butter, and add from 5 to 7 minutes more. |
4 Done | Serve on plates with the remaining garlic citrus butter and lemon wedges. |
