Ingredients

2 skinless Boneless chicken breast halves
Salt
Ground black pepper
1 package Rotini pasta
1 pinch Garlic salt
1/2 cup Vegetable oil
1 juiced Lemon
1/4 cup fresh Basil chopped
1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 package Baby spinach leaves

Lemon Basil Pasta Salad

    Pasta is a quick and easy meal to prepare. This recipe is excellent for adding a twist to the regular pasta that you are used to. Lemon, along with parmesan cheese, adds a delightful flavor and makes it even more desired.
    Once you get all the ingredients, you can prepare this dish in less than 30 minutes.

    Preheat your grill to medium heat and oil the grill.

    Use black pepper and salt to season chicken breasts, and make sure to rub all sides.

    On the preheated grill, start cooking the chicken for half an hour until juices run out clear and you no longer see a pink color inside.

    Use an instant-read thermometer and insert it into the middle of the chicken. Note that it should reach no less than 165 degrees F.

    When cooked, chop chicken into cubes.

    Meanwhile, boil a big pot of slightly salted water for the pasta.

    Cook the rotini in boiling water for roughly 8 minutes till it becomes soft but still firm to the bite, then drain off.

    Add garlic salt to season pasta for a better taste.

    Finally, mix Parmesan cheese, basil, lemon juice, and veggie oil in a big bowl.

    Put in spinach leaves, chicken, and pasta.

    Coat by tossing. Keep it covered and let it chill for 2 hours before serving.
