Directions
Koreans are famous worldwide for their way of seasoning, marinating, and grilling beef.
The Korean method of grilling steak usually involves having a grill right on the table, where people can talk, cook, and eat simultaneously.
Usually, meat is already cut into small pieces before grilling and wrapped into bite-sized portions.
Koreans are able to mix and match different types of spices and flavors to combine sweetness and saltiness while maintaining the beef flavor and, of course, its tenderness.
This recipe will enable you to enjoy a wholesome Korean barbecue experience from your house. Trust us; this won’t disappoint!
