Kofta is a popular dish found in different regions of the world, especially in the Middle East.
It is a spicy dish with a fresh touch induced by parsley and mint.
The special method of cooking makes it juicy on the inside and crispy on the outside.
It can be served with rice or vegetables or eaten as a snack.
