    This dish is traditionally served in Jamaica. Jamaican food is well known for its creative seasoning and unique taste. Its main secret ingredient is the sauce, as it combines all spices such as cinnamon, chilies, garlic, thyme, onion, nutmeg, lime juice, olive oil, and soy sauce. Its sweet, hot, and tangy blend imparts the classic Caribbean Flavors of allspice.

    Use a blender or food processor to mix brown sugar, onion, green onions, jalapeno pepper, cloves, thyme, allspice, nutmeg, vinegar, soy sauce, and vegetable oil for about 15 seconds.

    In a medium bowl, put the chicken and cover it with marinade.

    Put the marinated chicken in the refrigerator overnight or 4 to 6 hours.
