    Steps

    1
    Done

Blend ketchup, mustard, and sauerkraut in a small bowl.

    2
    Done

You can slit the hot dog lengthwise and form a deep pocket end-to-end in each one. The next step is to fill the pockets halfway with the mixture of sauerkraut. Then, place a cheese stick in the center of each one, and top it with the remaining sauerkraut mixture.

    3
    Done

Enfold the bacon slice around each Hot dog to hold it together, and with wooden toothpicks, you can secure the ends of each bacon strip. Be aware of wrapping the bacon too tight, or it will break when the Hot dog swells in the process of cooking.

    4
    Done

Coat the grill screen with oil after putting it on the grill. After 1 or 2 minutes, the surface should be hot enough. Begin grilling the hot dogs until they become brown on all sides (about 2 minutes per side), and bacon is cooked through.

    5
    Done

Put the buns cut-sides down at once over the fire in the final minute of cooking to toast them.
