Remove fat from your steak
Put the steak in a resealable bag
In a medium bowl, whisk together remaining ingredients except Green onions.
Pour mixture over steak, then rub marinade over it and seal the bag
Transfer it to refrigerator and let it marinate for at least 1 hour (the longer the steak sits in the mixture, the more flavorful it will be).
Prepare grill on high heat
Arrange steak and grill for about 5-6 minutes or until medium rare.
