Ingredients

Adjust Servings:
350 g defrosted frozen Peas
1 chopped Salad onion
1 dash of Tabasco sauce
1 large Garlic cloves
1 tablespoon reduced fat Mayonnaise
1/2 teaspoon Cumin
2 tablespoons fresh Coriander roughly chopped paprika and lime wedges to serve

    The Guacamole is a dip made primarily of avocado, with various additions, depending on Mexico’s region where it was made. This classic avocado dip includes red onion to give the Guacamole a rougher texture, but you should leave it out for a smoother paste. Another alternative is to blend all the ingredients in a food processor. Serve with tortilla chips. Don’t expect any leftovers.

    Halve the avocados,

    Remove the stones and scoop the flesh out into a bowl.

    Mix in the chilli, lime juice and Tabasco and mash with a fork until smooth.

    Roughen the mixture by adding the onion, stir well and refrigerate for 1 hour.

    Before serving stir in the coriander and garnish with a pinch of paprika and lime wedges.
