Ingredients
- 350 g defrosted frozen Peas
- 1 chopped Salad onion
- 1 dash of Tabasco sauce
- 1 large Garlic cloves
- 1 tablespoon reduced fat Mayonnaise
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- 2 tablespoons fresh Corianderroughly chopped paprika and lime wedges to serve
Directions
The Guacamole is a dip made primarily of avocado, with various additions, depending on Mexico’s region where it was made. This classic avocado dip includes red onion to give the Guacamole a rougher texture, but you should leave it out for a smoother paste. Another alternative is to blend all the ingredients in a food processor. Serve with tortilla chips. Don’t expect any leftovers.
