Start with heating your grill.
Bananas should be halved lengthwise through the peel and following the curve.
Place the mango on a thick end and slice sides off the center pit. Using a paring knife, peel each half and then cut lengthwise into ½-inch-thick slices.
Blend cinnamon and brown sugar in a small bowl: put over both cut sides of mango and banana.
Coat the grill grate with oil after brushing it. Place bananas cut-sides down on the grill till it has a grill-mark (should take from 3 to 4 minutes).
Cook the mango until grill-marked as well (2 to 3 minutes per side). After removing them from the grill, peel bananas, and cut the fruit into bite-size pieces (strawberries included).
Cook waffles till it's toasted (that's about 3 minutes per side).
Pour and whisk the cream into a chilled bowl so that it forms soft peaks. Add in maple syrup and vanilla and keep whisking.
Place waffles on a serving platter; the fruit and maple whipped cream can be put in two small bowls.
Now you can enjoy topping your waffles with maple syrup, whipped cream, and fruit.
