Ingredients
- 500 g of fresh sliced Tuna steak
- 1 large Mellow avocado
- 4 Hotplate breads
- 1 Lemon juiceThe juice of 1 lemon
- Olive oil
- Fresh Coriander
- Kosher salt
- Ground black pepper

This healthy and moist sandwich is easy and fast to prepare.
If you’re a fan of fish, you’re going to like it since it can be a snack or a light meal.

Steps
1 Done | Cut the avocado in half and get rid of the stone. |
2 Done | Scoop the flesh out of the skin of the avocado and dice it. |
3 Done | Season the avocado dices with lemon juice. |
4 Done | Dry the tuna steaks with kitchen paper. |
5 Done | Heat the grill over high temperatures. |
6 Done | Brush the surface of the grill with olive oil. |
7 Done | Grill the tuna steaks for 2 minutes on each side. |
8 Done | Take the bottoms of the hotplate bread and add some grilled tuna and some coriander leaves. |
9 Done | Sprinkle them with salt and black pepper and moisten them with olive oil. |
10 Done | Put the diced avocado. |
11 Done | Complete the sandwich by adding the top of the bread. |
12 Done | Serve right away! |
