Swordfish is one of the most delicious dishes on the grill. Swordfish is characterized by its absorbance to the charcoal’s smoky flavor. One single steak of the swordfish can feed up to two people. The grilled swordfish steak is a unique dish, and especially with wine bottle sauce. You can prepare the dish in less than 20 minutes, and this recipe is easy to follow.

Heat your grill at a hot single-level fire
Empty half of the wine bottle (about 1½ cups), you can drink that but what’s left in the bottle need to be mixed with olive oil and lemon juice. Put your thumb on the top of the bottle to shake.
Sprinkle salt and pepper on the swordfish (be generous). Start Grilling and turn once. You should splash the fish now and then with the sauce, until grill-marked on both sides and cooked in about 8 to 10 minutes for medium.
Remove the swordfish to plates; pour some more wine sauce, and it's ready to be served.
