    Summer is the perfect season for grilling and BBQ parties and who can say no to a delicious steak? Absolutely no one. Everyone loves food right? But can anyone cook? The answer is yes. If you want to enjoy the taste of a flavorful, mouth-watering ribeye steak you just have to follow our easy 4 steps recipe. But first, put on your favorite apron and play you favorite song to enjoy the full experience.

    First, gently place the steak on a large platter so you can season it well. Using olive oil, make sure to rub on all sides to let all the seasoning penetrates inside. Then, sprinkle some pepper and kosher salt on each side. Before grilling, let the steaks sit at room temperature for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Meanwhile, preheat the grill to a high temperature (450 to 500 degrees). Here is a quick trick for you to check the temperature of the charcoal grill: carefully try to hold your hand over the grate for only 2 to 4 seconds. DO NOT BURN YOURSELF; we don’t want that.

     When the grill is ready, gently place the steaks and let it cook for 3 to 4 minutes if you want a medium-rare (130°F). Using an instant-read thermometer, check the temperature and cook until the desired doneness is achieved. Remember to keep an eye on the temperature!

    Finally, remove the steaks from the grill and cover them with foil. Let the steaks rest for about 5 to 10 minutes before serving.
