    Pork loin chops are one of the most tender pork cuts, that is why everybody likes them.

    Here is a fast and easy recipe that serves up to 6 people. The secret tip is not to have very thick chops. That way, you will get the perfect ones: neither under-cooked nor over-cooked.

    Another secret is to brush your pork chops with olive oil while they are grilling. That way, they will retains their juicy texture. You can also serve with a side salad or sautéed vegetables. But before that, here are the ingredients you and the steps you need to follow.

    Remove the fat and the silver skin from the pork chops.

    Refrigerate the pork for an overnight, for brining.

    The next day, remove it from the brine, and pat them with paper towels.

    Start by preheating your grill at 450°F

    Meanwhile, rub your pork chops with olive oil, and season with pepper, on all sides
