- 6 Boneless pork loin
- 2 quarts Pork Brine
- 2 tablespoons Roasted garlic
- 2 tablespoons Black pepper
- Olive oil

Pork loin chops are one of the most tender pork cuts, that is why everybody likes them.
Here is a fast and easy recipe that serves up to 6 people. The secret tip is not to have very thick chops. That way, you will get the perfect ones: neither under-cooked nor over-cooked.
Another secret is to brush your pork chops with olive oil while they are grilling. That way, they will retains their juicy texture. You can also serve with a side salad or sautéed vegetables. But before that, here are the ingredients you and the steps you need to follow.

Steps
1 Done | Remove the fat and the silver skin from the pork chops. |
2 Done | Refrigerate the pork for an overnight, for brining. |
3 Done | The next day, remove it from the brine, and pat them with paper towels. |
4 Done | Start by preheating your grill at 450°F |
5 Done | Meanwhile, rub your pork chops with olive oil, and season with pepper, on all sides |
6 Done | The brine already provided all the necessary salt, so there is no need to salt the pork chops. |
7 Done | Place the pork on the grill and let each chop grill for 3 minutes on each side. |
8 Done | Rotate the chops 90° to have them thoroughly grilled. |
9 Done | Keep flipping the pork chops until they are as desired. |
10 Done | Finally, let them rest for about 5 minutes before serving. |
