1 Small Carrot Grated
2 Green onion Minced
2 Garlic cloves Minced
1 Teaspoon Dried Parsley
1 Teaspoon Dried Basil
1/4 Teaspoon Salt

    If you are craving a healthy yet delicious burger, this one is your best option. Chicken is mixed with carrots, green onions, garlic, and herbs. The flavor will please you and satisfy your hunger while keeping a balanced diet.

    In a large mixing bowl, mix the ground chicken meat, carrot, onions, garlic, herbs, salt, and pepper (for a better mixture, use your hands).

    While you are mixing these ingredients, preheat the oven or the grill so by the time the burgers are made, you can then start cooking them immediately.

    After mixing the ingredients, you can make between 4 and 6 burger patties. Before you cook them, place them on a sheet of wax paper and let them rest in the refrigerator for a few minutes.

    Once the barbecue has heated up, oil the grill lightly and then place the burgers on it.

    To ensure that the chicken is cooked properly, it should remain on the grill for between 12 and 15 minutes. Make sure to turn your chicken over at least once. When the juices run from them clearly, your chicken is ready to get off the grill.
