The mixture of savory and sweet condiments makes the best marinade for your fish BBQ.
You can use either haddock or salmon fillets and enjoy your fish alongside your favorite vegetables or cheese sauce, for instance.

Combine the soy sauce, sesame, oil, curry powder, garlic, ginger, and salt.

Place the fish in a Ziploc bag and pour the seasoning sauce.

Squeeze the air out, seal the bag, and let it rest in the marinade for at least 15 minutes at room temperature.

Preheat a grill to medium-high.

Remove the fish from the bag and grill for 5 minutes on each side until brawny and flaky.

Serve warm.
