- 2.5 pounds Asparagustrimmed
- 4 ounces sliced Prosciutto
- 1/4 teaspoon of Ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon of Olive oil
Directions
This Italian dish has a unique and mouth-watering flavor. Grilling Asparagus makes it absorb the smoky flavor of the grill. It’s wrapped in Prosciutto, which makes a distinctive tasty dish. You can easily make this dish in less than 20 minutes.

Steps
1 Done | Heat your grill. Throw in asparagus with oil on a rimmed baking sheet till it’s utterly coated. |
2 Done | Coat the grill grate with oil after brushing it—place asparagus on the grill, perpendicular to bars of the grill grate. Cook them till just tender but not limp (the process takes about 4 to 5 minutes), roll asparagus once or twice with tongs. |
3 Done | Horizontally lay a slice of prosciutto on a work surface. Place 5 to 6 asparagus spears over the prosciutto near the short edge. Sprinkle asparagus with pepper. Firmly roll prosciutto over asparagus bundle in a way prosciutto covers all but tips of spears. Sprinkle all the tips with Parmesan, and serve. |
