Grilled Pork Loin Roast

Heat your grill at 400°F. Build a fire on one side, and leave a void on the other side.
On a platter, brush the pork loin with the olive oil.
Mix the dry rub seasoning together in a bowl.
Apply and pat the dry rub on the meat equally on both sides.
Smoke the pork loin over the medium-hot temperature, for 10 minutes on each side.
Remove the pork from the heat, and cover the grill.
Let it cook for about 90 minutes.
In the last 10 minutes, add your BBQ sauce.
Rest the pork loin for 10 minutes, then slice and serve.
