1 Done | Heat your grill at 400°F. Build a fire on one side, and leave a void on the other side. |
2 Done | On a platter, brush the pork loin with the olive oil. |
3 Done | Mix the dry rub seasoning together in a bowl. |
4 Done | Apply and pat the dry rub on the meat equally on both sides. |
5 Done | Smoke the pork loin over the medium-hot temperature, for 10 minutes on each side. |
6 Done | Remove the pork from the heat, and cover the grill. |
7 Done | Let it cook for about 90 minutes. |
8 Done | In the last 10 minutes, add your BBQ sauce. |
9 Done | Rest the pork loin for 10 minutes, then slice and serve. |
