- 8 Lamb chops
- 4 oz Olive oil
- 4 oz Red wine vinegar
- Freshly Chopped Mint leaves
- 3 Cloves Garlic cloves
- 1 Teaspoon Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Freshly Ground black pepper

Steps
1 Done | Combine in a bowl the olive oil, red wine vinegar, freshly chopped mint, and minced garlic cloves. |
2 Done | Pour this mixture into a resealable bag and add the lamb chops. |
3 Done | Move the chops around inside the bag to ensure that they are well coated in the marinade |
4 Done | Place the meat in the refrigerator for two hours |
5 Done | After removing the lamb chops from the refrigerator, you should preheat the barbecue in readiness for when they will need cooking. |
6 Done | Before placing the lamb chops on the grill, season with salt and pepper. Place the chops on the grill and cook each chop for 5 to 6 minutes on each side. It is a good idea to turn them over regularly to prevent them from burning rather than just charring. |
7 Done | Once the cooking time has elapsed, remove from heat and place on a clean plate to rest for a few minutes. Then serve them with some pitta bread, yogurt dip, and a Greek salad. |
