Ingredients
- 1 pound Ground chicken
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh Mint leaves
- 2 tablespoons of chopped fresh Oregano
- 4 minced Garlic cloves
- 2 teaspoons of Finely grated lemon zest
- 1 tablespoon fresh Lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon Burger seasoning
- 1 tablespoon Extra-virgin olive oil
- 4 Hamburger bunsor 2 large pitas

Filling, delicious, light, refreshing, and easy to make, this Greek chicken burger will definitely become one of your favorite burgers, especially in summer.
You can add your favorite topping to this recipe like feta cheese, tomatoes, avocado, or cucumbers. They may make eating your burger messier, but it is worth it!

Steps
1 Done | In a large bowl combine the ground chicken, mint, oregano, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, burger seasoning, and olive oil and mix them well using your hands. |
2 Done | Divide the chicken mixture equally into 4 portions and form them into patties before covering with plastic wrap and refrigerating them for at least 1 hour. |
3 Done | Preheat an oiled grill to 350 degrees F. |
4 Done | Take the chicken out of the refrigerator and place them on the now heated grill. |
5 Done | Cook the chicken patties for 6 to 8 minutes on each side until fully cooked. |
6 Done | While the patties are cooking, toast your buns or pitas for 1 to 2 minutes. |
7 Done | When fully cooked, place the chicken burgers on the buns or the pitas and serve with your favorite condiments. |
