Balsamic Glazed Pork Chops
by Dan Fenwick @ flickr
In a bowl, mix the marmalade, jalapeno pepper, lime juice or tequila, and ginger.
Trim off the fat of the chops before putting them on the grill, making sure that they cook over medium heat.
Cook the chops on the barbecue for between 12 and 15 minutes, depending on the thickness. You must turn the chops over regularly when cooking.
When you notice that the chops are almost done cooking, the glaze you made earlier must be applied.
Make sure to apply the glaze often with each turn.
Once the chops are ready to eat, remove them from the barbecue and place them on clean plates, then sprinkle them with chopped fresh cilantro and some orange and lime wedges.
